1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by ElektrikerLeads.ch, in particular the referral of customer enquiries (leads) to registered electrical contractors (partners).
2. Services for Clients
The use of the platform to request quotes is free of charge and non-binding for clients (end customers). ElektrikerLeads.ch forwards enquiries to qualified partner electricians.
3. Services for Partners
Partners can purchase leads (customer enquiries) at the stated price. After purchase, they receive the customer's full contact details. Prices depend on the type of service (standard, premium, emergency).
4. Payment Terms
Payment is processed via Stripe. The purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the purchase. After successful payment, the lead's contact details are provided.
5. No Guarantee of Success
ElektrikerLeads.ch does not guarantee that a lead will result in a contract. The quality of leads is assessed by our scoring system; however, no contract award can be guaranteed.
6. Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Swiss data protection legislation.
7. Changes to the Terms
ElektrikerLeads.ch reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website.
8. Applicable Law
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the operator.
